TriZetto Acquires Medical Data Express

Denver-based TriZetto Group, the healthcare IT software provider headed by Trace DeVanny, said this morning that it has acquired Medical Data Express, a provider of technology and services for Medicare Advantage and Medicaid. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. TriZetoo said the acquisition will help it expand its managed Medicare and managed Medicaid solutions. Medical Data Express has offices in Chandler, Arizona, and Virginia Beach, Virginia.
