Transform Software Acquired By Drillinginfo

Denver-based Transform Software & Services, a provider of analytics and modeling for the oil and gas industry, has been acquired by Austin, Texas-based Drillinginfo, a developer of decision support software for the oil and gas market. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Transform was founded in 2004. Both firms help in the oil and gas exploration process.
