TopSchool Raises $3.2M

Denver, Colorado-based TopSchool, a provider of software-as-a-service for educational institutions, said today that it has raised $3.2M in a venture round. The round was led by Alsop Louie Partners. TopSchool said it is developing software-as-a-service for helping small and medium sized higher education institutions manage their students. The company will use the funding to expand development and marketing of its web software. Alsop Louie's Stewart Alsop joins the firm's board of directors along with the funding. More information »
