Three former Rainbow Studios employees—Brad Ruminer, Dennis Booth and Glenn O'Bannon—founded in the Scottsdale, Ariz.-based startup, which will develop games based on licensed property and original concepts. TimeFly noted that it has development licenses from Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo. TimeFly said Ruminer, Booth and O'Bannon worked on well-known titles such as Motocross Madness, ATV Offroad Fury and Splashdown while at Rainbow Studios. The trio have a combined development experience of more than 30 years, TimeFly added.
