Three Billion Acquisition Of SendGrid Now Complete

Boulder-based Sendgrid is now officially a part of Twilio, Twilio said on Friday, as the companies officially completed a $3 billion deal for Twilio to buy Sendgrid. Twilio said the deal is worth approximately $53.99 per share of SendGrid common stock. Publicly traded SendGrid ceased trading on Friday morning on the New York Stock Exchange.
