TeleTech Expands In Kentucky

Denver-based TeleTech Holdings said today that it is expanding in Kentucky, by opening up a new center in Paducah, Kentucky. The firm had opened up a new center in Hopkinsville, Kentucky in May. TeleTech is a provider of outsource customer support. The company said the location will employ trainers, human capital managers, talent acquisition specialists, facilities managers, senior desktop support technicians, team leads, business analysts, service delivery managers and customer service representatives, but did not say how many people it plans to hire in the location.
