Teknovare Acquired By BP3 Global

Denver-based Teknovare, a consulting firm which helps its clients build decision support systems, has been acquired by business process management (BPM) software developer BP3 Global. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Teknovare was led by CEO Scott Wilger.
