TechStars Graduate Gets Funding

Another firm which was part of the Boulder-based TechStars business incubation effort, Vanilla Forums has raised venture funding. According to the firm--which is based in Montreal--it raised $500,000 (Canadian) in funding. The funding was led by Montreal Startup, along with eonBusiness, Norseman Capital and Klein Venture Partners. The firm--which develops open source, community forum software--said the funding came as part of its efforts launched at TechStars investor day on August 7th in Boulder.
