TechStars Boulder Gears Up For Demo Day

TechStars Boulder, the Boulder-based startup accelerator, is gearing up for its annual Demo Day on August 9th, according to TechStars co-founder Brad Feld. Feld said that the companies this year include "everything from internet-of-things companies to travel, enterprise software to consumer devices, and platforms to crowdsource plays." TechStars, since its launch in January of 2007, has become the prototype of what a startup accelerator should look like, and has been copied and emulated by dozens of accelerators nationwide and internationally, looking to gain some level of the success the accelerator has managed with its many portfolio firms.
