Symplified Connects Into Google Apps

Boulder-based Symplified, a developer of single sign-on software for the enterprise, announced yesterday that the firm's software now integrates with Google Apps, Google's online enterprise software tools. According to Symplified, the integration allows organizations to connect Google Apps to identity infrastructure such as LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and other software. The integration includes policy-based tools for restricting what users can access; audit trail ability; and tools to enforce a single login across cloud and SaaS applications. Among the features of thesoftware is ability to use the same Google Apps login credentials across other, web-based applications like Salesforce.com, Concur, and Taleo. Symplified is venture backed by Granite Ventures and Allegis Capital.
