Stratavia Adds Partner

Denver-based Stratavia, a provider of software tools for automating databaes and application servers, said Wednesday that it has signed on Hostway Corporation, a provider of web hosting services, as a partner. According to Stratavia, Hostway will become one of its first partners under a new "Automation by Stratavia" program, which will allow Hostway's small and medium size enterprise customers to manage their database and application servers in the cloud. Financial details of the partnership were not disclosed. Stratavia said the partnership will allow it to reach a "significantly larger" audience, via a self-service, software-as-a-service model.
