BoomStartup Acquired By Assure

Salt Lake City-based startup accelerator BoomStartup has been acquired by Assure, a fellow, Salt Lake City-based company focused on fund administration and transaction services for the private investment marketplace. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. According to Assure, the acquisition will allow it to offer up a "comprehensive platform" for founders, companies, investors, and deal organizers. Assure said it has created a new business unit, called Assure Technology, which will be led by BoomStartup founder and CEO Robb Kunz.
