Analytics Pros Becomes Adswerve

Denver-based Adswerve, a provider of services to digital marketers and agencies, said this morning that it has officially renamed and rebranded Analytics Pros to Adswerve, eight months after its acquisition of the company. Adswerve acquired Analytics Pros, a provider of data anlytics software, in August of 2018. According to Adswerve, the move will provide one-stop access to the Google Marketing PLatform, which it offers up to marketers as a service. Adswerve is led by CEO Clint Tasset. Adswerve paid $24M for Analytics Pro in that August acquisition.
