BeyondTrust Now Part Of Bomgar

Phoenix-based BeyondTrust, which develops cybersecurity software tools and access management software, is now officially part of Atlanta-based Bomgar, Bomgar said late last week. Financial terms of the acquisition deal were not announced. Bomgar and BeyondTrust announced the acquisition deal on September 13th. The headquarters of the newly combined firm is moving to Atlanta.
