Zayo Wins European Fiber Deal

Boulder-based bandwidth provider Zayo Group reported on Friday that it has been selected by an un-named international carrier, to provide dark fiber in Europe. According to Zayo, the dark fiber deal includes a nearly 3,500 route-mile network, spanning four major European markets. Financial impact of the win was not announced. Zayo said the carrier is connecting to its network via a subsea cable in Marseille.
