Grotech Ventures Leads Investment In CrowdStreet

Denver-based venture capital investor Grotech Ventures is the lead investor in commercial real estate marketplace CrowdStreet, in its Series B funding round. CrowdStreet says it has raised $8M in its SEries B round, which was led by Grotech Ventures, and also included Rally Ventures, Seven Peaks Ventures and Green Visor Capital, along with strategic investor Noah Bardin (CEO of Waze). Grotech's Lawson DeVries joins the company's board with the funding. CrowdStreet offers up commercial real estate investment opportunities to individual investors through its online marketplace. The company is led by Tore Steen. CrowdStreet is based in Portland, Oregon.
