AdvancedMD Acquires NueMD

South Jordan, Utah-based AdvancedMD, which develops cloud-based software for physicians and medical billing services, said this week that it has completed the acquisition of Marietta, Georgia-based Nuesoft Technologies. Neusoft Technologies (NueMD) develops practice management, clinical and medical billing application software, which it offers up to independent medical practices. Financial details of the buy were not announced. AdvancedMD is owned by private equity investor Marlin Equity Partners. According to AdvancedMd, it will retain NueMD's offices in Marietta.
