HRnext Sells Source Code To Asure Software

Phoenix-based HRnext Holdings, which develops a human resources management software product aimed at the small and mid-sized business and payroll service market, said today that Asure Software has completed a purchase of its HR source code. Financial details of the deal were not announced. According to HRnext, the deal is related to a partnership it had with iSystems/Evolution Software in May 2017. Asure had acquired iSystems in May of 2017.
