Mountain Secure Systems Acquired By Cache Creek Industries

Longmont, Colorado-based a href="http://www.mountainsecuresystems.com">Mountain Secure Systems, a developer of ruggedized, engineering electronic systems used in the defense industry, has been acquired by private equity investor Cache Creek Industries, the two said this morning. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. According to Cache Creek Indusries, it partnered with Rockmont Capital to acquire Mountain Secure Systems (MSS), which was previously owned by Phillips Service Industries.
