Rapt Media Acquired By Kaltura

Boulder-based Rapt Media, a developer of interactive video technology, has been acquired by New York-based Kaltura. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. According to Kaltura, the buy comes after a "successful partnership and integration" in 2017, including several joint customer wins. Rapt Media was venture backed by Boulder Ventures, and had been part of Techstars. Rapt had been founded in 2011.
