One Potato Brings Family Meal Kits To Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Utah

One Potato, a meal kit startup looking to help revive the family dinner, said this week that it has expanded its service to a total of eight states, including Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, California, California, California, and Utah, in addition to Nevada, California, Oregon, and Washington. The company--which has been in stealth mode until this week--said it is offering up organic, semi-prepared meal kit boxes with "family friendly" recipes, aimed at helping make family meals easy.
