Mersive Acquired By OpenGate Capital

Denver-based Mersive Technologies, which develops collaboration software for laptops, portable devices, as well as in-room displays, has been acquired by private equity investor OpenGate Capital. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Mersive was backed by 3M New Ventures, and was originally created as a research project funded by DARPA.
