Pluralsight Names Two Board Members

Salt Lake City-based online, enterprise learning provider Pluralsight has boosted its board with two new members, the company said this week, adding Scott Dorsey and Karenann Terrell to the body. According to the company, it also named Gary Crittenden as the lead Independent Director on its board. Dorsey is Managing Partner at High Alpha, and also was CEO and co-founder of ExactTarget. Terrell is the Chief Digital and Technology officer at GSK, and she also was Walmart's CIO. The board moves are consistent with the possibility of an IPO in Pluralsight's future; the company, one of the rare "unicorns" in the region, has been making moves in that direction for the last couple of years.
