NetDocuments Acquires ThreadKM

Salt Lake City-based document management, email management, and collaboration software developer NetDocuments said this morning that it has acquired ThreadKM, a developer of project management and collaboration software. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Both NetDocuments and ThreadKM serve the legal and compliance market. NetDocuments is backed by private equity investor Clearlake Capital.
