TeleTech Acquires Motif

Denver-based TeleTech Holdings said on Wednesday that it has acquired Motif, a provider of digital customer experience, digital trust, and safety services. Motif was based in India and the Philippines. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Motif offers up fraud prevention and community moderation services, with locations in Ahmedabad, India and Manila, Philippines. TeleTech said the buy will be "immediately accretive" for the company, and also helps it extend its geographic footprint into India.
