Coalfire Powers Cloud Compliance Offering

Denver-based IT auditing and risk compliance software developer Coalfire is powering a new, cloud-based service offering from hosting company Firehost, which Firehost announced today. FireHost said it launched a new compliance-as-a-service (CaaS) offering, which will help businesses protect their data and meet PCI, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements--all powered by Coalfire's software. Financial impact and details of the deal between the companies was not announced. Coalfire is backed by Baird Capital.
