Three Amigos Rentals Gets Private Equity Investment

Hobbs, New Mexico-based Three Amigos Rentals, which installs water containment systems for the drilling and fracking industry, has scored a private equity investment from Hastings Equity Partners, Hastings said Wednesday. Boston-based Hastings Equity Partners said the investment came via its portfolio company, Extreme Plastics PLus. Financial details of the investment were not disclosed. Three Amigos focuses on oil companies in the Permian Basin.
