WDSGlobal Hires Boise Location Head

WDSGlobal, a provider of customer care and support services to mobile carriers and manufacturers, reported Tuesday that Tod Wingfield will lead its new Boise location as general manager. The U.K.-based company, which opened the Boise facility in February, said Wingfield's chief duties will be managing the site's expansion, directing the local management team and overseeing quality of service. Prior to joining WDSGlobal, the company said, Wingfield held a senior-level management position at Citi. Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Poole, England, WDSGlobal also maintains facilities in Dubai, South Africa, Singapore, Australia and Kirkland, Wash.
