NASA Taps Tucson Firm

Tucson-based Ridgetop Group, a firm developing technology for the avionics market, has received an award of $225,000 from NASA, the agency said earlier this week. According to NASA, its Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate, Aviation Safety Program, gave the award for a research proposal focused on improving the safety of current and future aircraft. The proposal covers diagnostics and fault detection in power supplies used in avionics.
