InPhase Signs OEM Agreement

Longmont, Colorado-based InPhase Technologies, a developer of holographic storage systems, said this morning that it has signed an OEM agreement with DSM, a German manufacturer of jukebox storage systems. InPhase said it will provide holographic technology to DSM for holographic archive systems in the broadcast, government, medical, and I.T. markets. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. InPhase is backed by New Venture Partners, Signal Lake Ventures, Newton Technology Partners, Yasuda Enterprise Development, Japan Asia Investment Company, and Nanotech Partners, along with Hitachi Maxell, Bayer MaterialScience AG, and ALPS Information Technology Fund.
