SpotXchange Extends Real-Time Inventory
Denver-based SpotXchange, the online video advertising network headed by Michael Shehan, said Monday morning that its entire video inventory is now available for real-time bidding. The firm, which launched its real time bidding service in November, said 100 percent of its inventory is now available to its RTB partners. Internet advertising networks are using real-time bidding to allow advertisers to compete for better pricing on their impressions, rather than committing to long term advertising contracts. SpotXchange said the availability improves the efficiency of buying and selling video advertising for its advertisers.
