Spindle Buys Yowza For Mobile Coupons

Scottsdale, Arizona-based Spindle, a provider of mobile marketing and commerce software, said today that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Yowza!!, a provider of mobile couponing technology and mobile apps. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Spindle will integrate Yowza's technology into its mobile marketing services. Spindle is led by Bill Clark.
