Speaku Unveils Real-Time Social Network

Orem, utah-based Speaku, which is developing real time social networking software for blogs and forums, unveiled a preview of its services Monday at the DEMO Spring 2011 conference in Palm Desert, California. Speaku said it plans to debut the service mid this year. The firm was founded by Chris Crabtree, the former CTO of Mozenda. The firm said its service will include such features as allowing users to calculate how much interest and audience a topic might have and indexing of topics in real time. Speaku said it is looking to become the quickest way to broadcast content you might find in blogs, forums and news sites to others.
