sovrn Names Siegler COO

Boulder-based online advertising tools developer Sovrn said today that it has named Todd Siegler as its new Chief Operating Officer. Siegler was most recently General Counsel at Markeorce, and also served at Verio and Excel Communications. Sovrn said Siegler will help the company sstrategicall grow and scale its organization. Sovrn is led by Walter Knapp.
