Sorenson Media: 70 of Fortune 100 Are Clients

Sorenson Media, the developer of media encoding software and services, reported today that it now counts 70 of the Fortune 100 as clients of the firm. The company, which has its development operations in Salt Lake City, said those firms are using its software to prepare video for online delivery. Customers on the list include Exxon Mobil, Chevron, General Electric, Intel, Hewlett-Packard, Ford and Comcast-NBC Universal.
