Solera Networks Names Engineering VP

Salt Lake City-based Solera Networks, a developer of network surveillance and analysis systems, said today that it has named Paul Kraus as its Vice President of Engineering. Kraus joins the firm from Omniture, where he headed product engineering, and has also served at Symantec, Veritas Software, Microsoft, and Fidelity Investments. Solera develops devices which capture and store all of the packets on computer networks, used for both forensics as well as network surveillance.
