SocialBios Acquired By Move

Denver-based SocialBios, the developer of social search and business referral software, has been acquired by real estate website operator Move. Move, which is based in Silicon Valley, did not disclosed financial details of the acquisition. The firm did say, however, that it will continue to operate SocialBios out of Denver. Move has also hired SocialBios founder Ernie Graham and co-founders ira McMahon and Andrew Van Tassel, who become part of the firm's product development team.
