Simplus Snags $7.3M, Acquires BaldPeak Consulting

Salt Lake City-based Simplus, a provider of consulting for the Salesforce Quote-to-Cash software, said on Friday that it has raised $7M in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Epic Ventures, and also included Salesforce Ventures and Silicon Valley Bank. The company said that it also has acquired BaldPeak Consulting, a provider of quote-to-cash services and biling software implementations for the enterprise, as part of the funding.
