ShaveMOB.com Buys 800Razors

Golden, Colorado-based online razor blade provider ShaveMOB.com, which offers up its razors both individually as well as by subscription, says it has acquired 800Razors, another personal care products coampny. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. ShaveMOB said the acquisition will drive further e-commerce growth for the company. ShaveMOB is led by Zach Randall. The company offers up razors both for men and women, along with accessories like shaving cream, lotions, and soaps. The online razor supply market has gotten a significant amount of attention lately, due to the acquisition of one of ShaveMOB's competitors, Dollar Shave Club, by Unilver in a $1 billion deal in July.
