Senforce Upgrades Security Software

Draper, Utah-based Senforce has rolled out the latest update to the company's endpoint security software, adding new removable storage and USB security support. The company announced its Endpoint Security Suite (ESS) version 3.2 today. The software manages wireless security, firewall, and provides IT departments with the ability to manage endpoint devices, including both laptops and PDAs. The new security features now allow administrators to control the use of a PC or PDA's USB, FireWire, Bluetooth, and other expansion ports. Senforce is venture-backed by American River Ventures, EsNet Ltd., Thomas Weisel Partners, and vSpring Capital.
