SelectHub Streamlines Enterprise Software Buying

Enterprise software buying isn't easy--it usually includes mutliple requests for quote, evaluation of vendors, and maneuvering through corporate politics. To hopefully make that easier, a new, Denver-based startup, SelectHub said today that it has launched out of stealth mode, aimed at helping companies collaborate and interact with vendors, to streamline the software acquisition process. The startup, headed by Venkat Devraj, is a startup veteran, having headed Stratavia, which he sold to HP in 2010. SelectHub said it has created a new, software-as-a-service product which lets companies adopt a standardized, evaluation process for their software purchases, which will simplify the procurement processes for companies.
