RockWest Technology Group Acquired

Denver-basd RockWest Technology Group, a supplier of ID management and security products, has been acquired by Identive Group, Identive said today. Financial details of the stock-based transaction were not disclosed. RockWest supplies photo-identification, credential issuance, emergency management solutions and electronic security systems to the education, government, casino and healthcare markets, has 43 employees, and offices in Denver, California, Arizona, and New Mexico.
