Rivet Software Names CEO

Denver-based Rivet Software, a developer of financial software used to transmit XBRL financial reports to the SEC, said Monday that it has named Patrick Quinlan as CEO of the firm. Quinlan was most recently the firm's President, and replaced Mike Rohan, who remains as Chairman. Quinlan had joined Rivet in September of 2009.
