RightNow Wins Jackson Hewitt

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow said Thursday that it has signed tax service Jackson Hewitt as a customer for the firm's customer relationship management tools. The company said that Jackson Hewitt Tax Service is using its RightNow CX product to handle answers to its tax preparers and franchise owners. Financial details of the win were not disclosed.
