RightNow Wins 4G Wireless Firm

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow, the developer of customer relationship management software, said today that it has signed on 4G wireless Internet network Vividwireless, as a customer. According to RightNow, Vividwireless has deployed its RightNow CX customer experience product. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. Vividwireless, owned by Seven Group Holdings Limited, provides 4G wireless access in Australia.
