RightNow Targets Telecom Providers

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies Inc., a developer of software-as-a-service tools for the customer relationship management (CRM) market, revealed Tuesday that it has launched a new application specifically for telecommunications companies. Called RightNow Telecom, the new offering is available immediately in 21 languages and dialects, the firm said. RightNow said that the customer relationship management tool blends its technology with its experience in working with key telecoms such as Alltel, Rave Wireless, Time Warner Cable, T-Mobile Austria and Vodafone,.
