RightNow Signs HauteLook

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow said Wednesday that it has scored a win with HauteLook, an online fashion sales site. RightNow said that HauteLook is using its RightNow CX software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. HauteLook runs online, "flash" sales of fashion brands, which gives consumers access to brand name fashions at big discounts via private sales.
