RightNow Goes Mobile
Bozeman, Montana-based customer relationship management software developer RightNow announced this morning that it has added a new, mobile product to its lineup. The firm said that RightNow Mobile will allow organizations to engage with customers using any mobile device, including self-service customer support, mobile web chat, and guided assitance. The company said the mobile product is now part of its RightNow CX May 2010 release, and is generally available.
