RightNow Gets Win At Publisher

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies has signed on John Wiley & Sons as a customer of the firm's customer relationship management tools. Size of the deal was not disclosed. Wiley will use RightNow to support its product lines, which include CliffsNotes, Frommer's travel guides and the For Dummies reference guides.
