RightNow Expands Language Support

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies, a provider of customer relationship management tools, said this morning that it has expanded its foreign language support to include Norwegian and Danish. The firm said that the modules bring the total number of languages supported by the company's CRM software to 19. RightNow's customer relationship management technology provides customer support and other capabilities to companies.
